The NICU fellows benefit vastly from the interface with subspecialty pediatric fellows and attending physicians who come from Hasbro Children's Hospital to our NICU at Women & Infants Hospital to consult on our patients. Our fellows collaborate with other subspecialty fellows not only on the clinical service but also on co-presentations for our Perinatal Management Conference. This conference fosters collaboration on a topic of mutual interest, as well as fosters collegial relationships.
