Pediatric Residency & Fellowships at Hasbro Children's Hospital

Rotating Pediatric Residents at Hasbro Children's Hospital

Women & Infants Hospital is the newborn medicine and NICU training site for pediatric residents (including Triple Board and Med-Peds) at Hasbro Children's Hospital (HCH), affiliated with The Warren Alpert Medical School. Hasbro Children's Hospital is affiliated with Rhode Island Hospital (within the Brown University Medicine Health System), located on the same campus as Women & Infants Hospital.

PGY-1 and PGY-2 pediatric residents rotate through the Newborn Nursery and the NICU at Women & Infants Hospital and are integral members of our care teams.

Pediatric Sub-specialty Fellows

The NICU fellows benefit vastly from the interface with sub-specialty pediatric fellows and attending physicians from Hasbro Children's Hospital who come to our NICU at Women & Infants Hospital to consult on our patients. Our fellows collaborate with other sub-specialty fellows not only on the clinical service but also on co-presentations at Neonatology Grand Rounds. This conference fosters collaboration on a topic of mutual interest and fosters collegial relationships.
