Dr. Kelleigh Briden is now directing the Simulation Program at Women & Infants Hospital.
Our simulation program collaborates with The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University, Rhode Island College, URI, et al.
Our faculty, fellows, residents and ancillary staff benefit from a multitude of simulation courses in the obstetric and neonatal realm.
Simulation is used for skills acquisition and mastery, scenario-based education, as well as process improvement on clinical protocols and systems effectiveness. Patient safety and quality care are benefactors of simulation-based education.
